1.Minimum paid-up capital (NT$)
(1)NT$10 million for the manufacturing industry renting or purchasing a factory.
(2)NT$20 million for the manufacturing industry renting lands to build factories.
(3)NT$80 million for warehousing industry.
(4)NT$50 million for transportation industry.
(5)NT$1 million for other industries. However, for products or services with development or innovation potentials or growing start-ups passing the stage of initial R&D that passed the review of the Administration shall not be limited to the limit of over NT$1 million.

2.Comply with the “Regulation governing types of businesses allowed to be established to operate in technology industrial parks.”
